You can return products purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the item(s). The product must be unused - in original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received.

When you create a return, you will be asked to fill in your email and order number. You will then receive a return label.

The return shipping costs are: £7.5

Your package label must be affixed to the outside of the package. Using our label ensures full insurance and tracking. Returns are processed within 3-5 days after we receive the package, and you’ll be refunded minus return shipping costs.

You will then receive a return label via email within 2-4 business days.

If you wish to replace some of the products received with other items, your case will be treated as a regular return request. That is, you can return unwanted items to us and receive a refund. New items that you wish to receive instead will need to be ordered from our online store.
