The Scholarship
The Hexter & Baines’ scholarship seeks to promote higher education and career aspirations. The award of $1,250 is aimed at helping ambitious students financially.
This scholarship will not be awarded for the year 2023.

Eligibility and Award
- The Hexter & Baines’ scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post-secondary institution.
- Scholarship Amount: $1,250.
Application Procedure
For this scholarship, you will need to write an essay that is 500-1,000 words in length on the topic below.
- Describe your academic and career goals.
- Explain your plan for achieving these goals. Include your degree/major, why you selected it, and how this degree/major will help you achieve your goals.
- Explain why you need financial assistance.
Submit your essay along with the following information
- Full Name.
- Current school.
- And/or future school you will be attending.
